I enjoyed toasty warm water in the bathroom, which made for a refreshing shower experience. The room was clean and well-stocked with amenities, including a microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery, TV. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout my visit.

One minor drawback was the limited selection of channels on the TV.

It was a such great stay for a Queanbeyan visit. The hotel was placed in the very central location near by eateries.

I arrived to find my room in a total mess—dirty dishes everywhere, stained sheets, and even fluids in the bathroom. The check-in process was a nightmare, and I had to handle a broken air conditioner all night. Super disappointing!

Location: the hotel was adjacent to fast food outlets as well as clubs. Went to Royal Property for drink or two, set at walking distance from the hotel. The room was new-fashioned and fashionable, had a comfortable stay for a Queanbeyan visit. The bed was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed a large bathroom.

The room was clean, offering convenient amenities like a microwave and kettle. The shower had great water pressure, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy. Plus, the motel is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

I was eager to visit Cuumbeun Nature Reserve for its stunning natural beauty and diverse wildlife, so I chose the Manor for its proximity to the site.

While the location was central, my room was in need of a thorough cleaning. There were several stains on the linens, and some appliances in the kitchenette were dirty and unusable.

The location is convenient, and the price is fair. While the furnishings could use an update, the essentials like a microwave and air-conditioning were a plus. It was a decent place for a short stay, especially with the added bonus of being pet-friendly.
